Bathrooms
+ wet rooms

Create continuity across walls, floors and shower
areas without traditional grout lines.

The result is a calm, architectural finish designed around the space.

A continuous finish for your bathroom.

Microcement creates a floor-to-wall finish without grout lines or tile joints. Its thin 2–3mm profile makes
it suited to renovations where floor levels and door clearances matter.

Every wet-area project starts with an assessment of
the substrate. Correct preparation, reinforcement and multi-layer sealing are essential to the finished system.

Designed around the whole room.

Completely seamless - No grout lines, no tile joints. A continuous surface that eliminates dirt traps and simplifies cleaning.

Waterproof when sealed - Our sealing system is rated for constant water exposure suitable for walk-in showers, wet rooms, and bath surrounds.

Applied over existing tiles - In most cases, microcement can be applied directly over existing bathroom tiles, avoiding costly demolition and removal.

Floor-to-wall continuity - Same finish from floor to wall to ceiling. Creates visual flow and makes small bathrooms feel significantly larger.

Underfloor heating compatible - Microcement works perfectly with underfloor heating systems. The thin application allows efficient heat transfer.

Unlimited colour options - Choose from a vast palette of colours and finishes from warm natural tones to cool contemporary greys.

Before we begin.

A starting point for your project. We assess the space and confirm the specification before installation.

Can microcement be used in a shower?

Yes. When installed with our reinforced system and sealed correctly, microcement is fully suitable for walk-in showers and wet rooms. The key is correct preparation and multi-layer sealing.

Will microcement go mouldy in a bathroom?

Microcement sealed with our system is non-porous and resistant to moisture absorption, making it highly resistant to mould growth. Proper ventilation should still be maintained as with any bathroom.

How thick is microcement in a bathroom?

Microcement is typically 2–3mm thick, making it ideal for bathroom renovations where you want to avoid raising floor levels or altering door clearances.

Can microcement be applied over existing bathroom tiles?

In many cases, yes — provided the tiles are stable, well-bonded, and the substrate passes our technical assessment. This avoids the cost and disruption of tile removal.

How do I clean a microcement bathroom?

Use a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid abrasive products and harsh chemicals. The seamless surface makes cleaning far easier than tiled alternatives.
